After order has been placed, we will reach out to schedule a pick up or delivery time and location, based on your general area.

If there has been a mistake on your order, we will offer a credit or a replacement of product. 

All produce is stored at temperatures of 40 degrees or above.

Prior to cleaning any damaged areas are trimmed off.  All produce is then soaked in cold water that has been run through a filter with ozone then being added to to water to kill bacteria and maintain freshness.

All produce is then thoroughly scrubbed and rinsed prior to use.
